Ingredients :

  • 500 gr. noodles
  • 220 gr. Hotos feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 cup of parsley leaves

Boil the noodles in salted water. Drain them, and mix with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent them from sticking together. In a blender mix all the ingredients for the pesto sauce. If the mixture comes out thick, add 2-3 tablespoons from the water that you have boiled the noodles in. Mix the pesto sauce with the pasta, and serve!
