- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped, toasted in the oven at 150 ° C for 12 minutes until golden
- 1 tablespoon leaves of fresh rosemary or marjoram, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried, grated or crushed in the mortar)
Preheat the oven at 150° C. Place the cheese on top of the slices of bread, and put them in a large, shallow baking pan in one layer. Bake in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, until the edges of the bread become golden brown and the cheese becomes warm. Meanwhile, put the honey in a pot and heat it for about 1-2 minutes, making it more fluid. Spread it over the baked bread slices and sprinkle the nuts with the flavouring of your choice. With a spoon, drizzle some honey and serve.
