feta saganaki

Ingredients :

  • 200 gr of Hotos feta cheese in pieces
  • flour
  • 1 egg
  • white and black sesame seeds
  • olive oil
  • good quality honey

Prepare the flour, the egg (slightly whipped) and the white and black sesame seeds in three different pots. Dip the pieces of feta cheese in flour, then in egg and finally in sesame, making sure you cover them well. Place them on a dish and put the dish in the fridge for a while for the batter to get thick. Pour olive oil in a pan and fry the cheese pieces until golden brown. Then put them on kitchen paper to remove the extra oil, and serve after pouring honey on the cheese!
