Ingredients:

  • rocket salad, 3 cups of tea
  • 3 wide basil leaves, chopped
  • 3 medium strawberries, sliced
  • 8 marinated Trikalinos anchovy fillets
  • 2 spoonfull of Trikalinos bottarga herbed citrus vinaigrette

Follow the recipe of herbed citrus vinaigrette with bottarga powder, above mentioned .
Mix in a bowl all ingredients and serve.

TIP: Can also be served on Bruschetta bread.
