Ingredients:
- rocket salad, 3 cups of tea
- 3 wide basil leaves, chopped
- 3 medium strawberries, sliced
- 8 marinated Trikalinos anchovy fillets
- 2 spoonfull of Trikalinos bottarga herbed citrus vinaigrette
Follow the recipe of herbed citrus vinaigrette with bottarga powder, above mentioned .
Mix in a bowl all ingredients and serve.
TIP: Can also be served on Bruschetta bread.
