Grated cheese Alambra is a mixture of different Cyprus cheeses (Halloumi cheese & Dry Anari cheese) and it is packed in a 200gr container specially designed for easy application when using it on salads, pasta etc.

Ingredients: Cyprus Halloumi cheese (Fresh cow, sheep and goat milk, non animal rennet, salt) and Dry Anari cheese (Whey from fresh cow, sheep and goat milk, salt)
