Cow milk processed with UHT system that sterilizes it by heating it above 135 °C (275 °F) – the temperature required to kill spores in milk – for 1 to 2 seconds. The subsequent packaging under aseptic conditions and the use of sterilized and protective packaging against air and lighting, offers the product a longer life without the use of preservatives.
