A high quality organic extra virgin olive oil extracted from olives of a single olive variety (Koroneiki variety) which is cultivated in the sunlit Cretan soil. It is characterized by its balanced character and rich flavour. It is delicate, smooth, slightly creamy and deliciously fruity with a surprising delicate peppery aftertaste.

Ideally, it should be consumed raw accompanying fresh salads, fish and legumes or slightly cooked in order to intensify the flavour of your vegetables, pasta or meat.
